- Toby Smith Review added: 2018.08.17★ ★ ★ ★ ★Always great service from the team at Westerly BMW in Barnstaple. Recently had a minor emergency with my car and was attended to the moment I arrived. I was offered a lift home even though I live some distance. I declined and accepted an offer of a lift in to town and was collected when the car was ready. This is the 6th car that I have had from Ben at Westerly and hopefully many more to come!
- ranjan kandasamy Review added: 2018.07.31★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service at reception. They are not particularly interested in greeting customers at the front desk. Service department seems to make it as difficult as possible to arrange to have work done. I have brought this up previously to sales department but don't seem to be interested. I can only think this is because they have us over the proverbial barrel if you bought BMW in north Devon. Not acceptable. However the sales and people are polite and and efficient once you get through to them!
